Waiting for BBQ to startttttt!

Argh Chinese New Year. I'd like to be high and all for cny, but tt's never quite that happening for me. Holiday yes, I mean holiday's always good. But stuck at home with nothing to do!? No relatives here in Singapore, all in HK and China. By the way I'm like a 100% Cheena woman. Dad from Hai Nan, Mum from Hang Zhou. They met, fell in love, get married, go to HK, and gave birth to my bro and I woo hoo! So there you are, mixed China blood.

4 days' way too short for me to go back to HK and collect Ang paos :( Ahh and I know I'll have A LOT to receive, with all the uncles and aunties working in my dad's restaurants. Haha omg I sound so money-minded :D It's not really about the money I guess. I'm not exactly short of money or anth, I dont even touch much of my savings. But it's the excitement you get when you're holding this WHOLE stack of ang paos and it's damn shiok to open and open and open and just keep opening ang paos.

Ok, BBQ at my place later. Dad's inviting the whole lot of workers in my dad's restaurant, and I know there's gonna be lots of beer and cards and tissue paper game and all that. I dont drink beer though :/

Whao got lots of pictures which I have yet to post. Blogger's a real sucker at uploading pics. Hate it. Since I have all the time in the world, shall be patient and try to upload them now!
