7:46 PM Only managed to shop for a day before leaving for Hai Nan Island. By car. The ride was no joke. 8 hours on the road (not to forget the 8 hours back too). Sit. Sleep. Pee. Eat. Sit. Pee. Eat more. Sleep. I didn't dare shit, but constipation is really not a very pleasurable experience. It's not funny. I thought I was going to die from severe decaying of the butt. However, my Grandma's chicken is the BEST. Nothing beats Hai Nan's chicken (not the hainanese chicken rice you know which, is not from Hai nan but from Singapore). Other than thatttttt... let's just say that is about 90% of what I can say about the Hai Nan trip. Back to HK! I had one more day to shop before making my way around China with my family (by car AGAIN). My brother just arrived from Singapore since his NS only permitted him with a 2 week holiday. So, I spent my day accompanying him and sadly only end up buying a tee myself. I suppose it was a rather fruitful day already. I mean, I found a T-SHIRT. Okay so now, I'm in some part of China. Yes, china is big, there're lots of cows, ducks, chickens, stray dogs... I guess that just about sums up everything. Okay fine, some food's pretty good, some pretty gross. And then... oh my gawd I really cant think of much else to say. I'm very ummm.... BORED. I MISS MY DOG I MISS MY CHEER TEAM AND I MISS MY FRIENDSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!! :/ Alright nevermind let my just look forward to returning to HK and having about half a week to SHOP AND SHOP AND SHOP AND SHOP SHOP SHOP AH SHOP!!!!!!!! MUST.DO.HOLIDAY.HOMEWORK. MUST.NOT.FORGET. PROBABLY.WILL.FORGET.ANYWAY. Tomorrow will be... check this, a TEN hour drive to another part of China. NOT COOL!! And I most likely will not have access to the Internet for the next dont know how many days. SO, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO DEAREST PFF, CHENG CHENG, CARIN, COLLEEN, JOHN, TIMO, AND JIAAA IN ADVANCE! :D :D :D To the few of my favourite people in the whole world, I'm VERY VERY thankful to have you guys! 5:31 PM I'm back! To blogger. And I'm in HK right now and i SWEAR it's bloody cold (just in case nobody understood my heading). At least for the past 2 days. Unfortunately for me, I've completely outgrown all of my winter clothings (I grew TALLER, NOT fatter. Okay maybe a little fatter.) so basically, I was pretty much butt naked here in HK. I dont get to spend much time here, cuz i'm leaving for china in 2 days time and well, i'll be all around china for 2-3 weeks. Grrrawd how i dread the upcoming trip. We're gonna DRIVE around china. Did somebody just say that sounds like fun!? I just sat in the new car my dad bought specially for this trip and for some damned reason the seats are as hard as stone. Spending half of the trip sitting in that backseat is not gonna be FUN. Lala, WHAT TIME IS YOUR FLIGHT ON THE 27th?? Oh gawd please let it be in the early morning cuz mine is at night. *pray pray pray to buddha* Colleen, the moment I reach home in hk I already have something that I know you'll scream and roll over and die for. 3:25 PM it's just so easy to digress. Seriously. I think I was inspired by Becky the BIG TIME shopaholic. I mean really, how can somebody have SO little self control over shopping? Haha those situations she gets herself into, they're quite hilarious. She can just be saying something like "okay this will be my new regime from this moment onwards. No more buying of things that I dont need!" Then suddenly, she sees this huge sign "SALE" outside a branded store and her body just flies towards that glass door. Then she'll simply convince herself that the chasmere coat (which costs a bomb) is a very worthy piece of investment and if she doesnt buy it she's just being stupid (she's even saving money from buying this sale item whao!!). Complete disaster of her supposed shopping ban. Haha. And yes I originally was quite determined to study for my chem test tmr, but 5 mins later... uhh. Haha i mean, it's just annoying for me to write now. SO SLOW AND MY HANDWRITING IS SO UGLY. It just depresses you. Even so, I must say I'm pretty pleased that I found this new spot to study at home and it's just GREAT. My parents recently shifted this glass table up to the balcony, which overlooks the garden. Lighting's awesome, and the wind, omg. I never knew Singapore can be so cooling. My mini speaker playing music in front of me, and what's best, the laptop just perched next to me. Seriously, it's so comfortable i can just sit here FOREVER. And study too of course. Yes. Friday, August 1, 2008
3:21 PM I fractured my wrist, how nice. Well, strictly speaking, it was already fractured in April, during those crazy intensive cheer practises (no regrets there though). I thought it was just a sprain or smth minor, Shane gave it a twist twist massage (ouch) and basically I went on playing with it, doing cartwheels with it, did push ups with it, dance with it etc etc. 3 months later, I went for a check up and realized it's fractured. Niceeeee. Got this bright purple splint on my right arm now (I'M RIGHT HANDED ARGHHH), classmates are calling me robojane, my GP teacher thought I was trying to establish a new fashion statement. Well, can do no nothing now. Eat (chopsticks are real suckers to me now), write (now my BROTHER has nicer handwriting than me, and that's really something), bathe, comb my hair (lala have to do it for me everyday now. Haha thanks mini t-rex you're the best THOUGH you're not very pleasant during pms but every girl's like that that time of the month HAHA.), AND I CANT PLAY MY PIANO!!!!! 9:10 PM That movie was some freaky shit. Seriously, nobody really knows about the sly evasive fat and SUGAR inside all those mcfood until a movie like that was released. Gaining 24.5 pounds in 30 days??? That's some crazy ass mcfatty. Oh to sum up my whole Hong Kong trip during the june holiday, I spent about S$1000. But I spent every cents worth. Like, that same dress I bought from HK for hkd80 (sgd16?) cost sgd FORTY HERE. FOUR-ZERO. Wtf!?!? Omg and that's not the worse yet. These pairs of random socks I bought in HK for sg40CENNTS, the exact same pairs are selling in cineleisure at 10 DOLLARS FOR 3 PAIRS. That's more than 8 folds the price I got them for!! And if you think about it, they bought those socks in bulk, so they'll be costing even less say 10 to 20 cents a pair? Then check out the amount of money they're earning. Those bastards. OG OUTING TOMORROW!!! Havent had one in a very long time. Got to go sentosa together one day. When I've sucessfully get all those mcfat out of my system. 5:07 PM it's the hamster one that you want. It's yellow, and cost HKD90. It doesnt come with the chopsticks and stuff so do u want me to get separate? I dont thnk i'll be able to find chopsticks of the same character but tell me which other u like and what colour!! Oh on the other hand, there's spongebob lunch box too! and it's yellow TOO! haha ummm but it's hkd120. not chopsticks. sooo. The spongebob pencil cases i found so far, they're erally cute, but the price is like, hkd90? Ah i'm sure i can find cheaper ones la. How big u want?
